Well what can I say? I'm an aging rocker with a rebel attitude. I hate war, big business, over population, the Bush machine and the destruction of the wilds of the world. I am also a kind person that loves all creeds of people, animals, and yes, insects. I'd like to think that us bugged out people are helping to bring awareness to the often forgotten small creatures that make the world such an interesting place. You can always find me in the underdogs corner and our creatures need help from mans greed. I'm don’t reap the butterflies for profit. I will only trade a bug for a bug and stay far away from any endangered species. I preach conservation and try to make people realize we're responsible for the protection of all the world’s creatures.

As a child I always loved bugs. I collected them and had a cork board that I displayed then on. In my 30's I had a relapse, when I found a dead Swallowtail Butterfly in perfect shape on my back porch. I thought I'd put it in a frame. What the hell, let's collect a few others and make a real nice frame. Yeah, right! Over 60 species later I had combed, climbed and bellied through forest, field and swamp from Key West to Chicago. I was hooked! I found that these weary creatures were sometimes as elusive as beautiful. There are still Florida butterflies & Moths that have completely eluded me. Taking a new local specimen now days is few and far between. When lucky, I get to travel to hunt for new species, but I'm not always that lucky. So I have decided to have a try at trading. Being a web designer and living in a Butterfly paradise should help! Florida has defiantly got some great bugs and some great big ones too! Let's trade! T.
